Old Vine Zinfandel by Zin-Phomaniac is a dark, almost black ruby color that is crisp, dry, yet extraordinarily fruity. This bright and fruity wine has fruity and toasty aromas of berry cobbler a la mode along with fragrant cocoa. Zin-Phomaniac is a medium-bodied wine which has a leafy tannin cedar finish along with hints of light oak. The taste has touches of salt and peppered roasted nuts and bright, sweet cherries giving it an original taste does not compare to other zinfandels. Old Vine Zinfandel by Zin-Phomaniac pairs well with root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and rutabagas. It is delicious with beef dishes such as a classic beef stew.
