Arianna Occhipinti is Sicily’s most exciting winemaker. Named for the country road in her hometown of Vittoria where Occhipinti is based, the 'SP68' is a natural white made from a blend of two local grape varieties - zibibbo and albanello. Two weeks of skin-contact amplifies the aromatics and savory notes, while saltiness and bright acidity keep it fresh.
