This is a beautifully lifted aromatic wine with lemon blossom, fresh cut pear and honey comb featuring strongly. The palate is full and rich, just off dry and well balanced with a lovely fresh acidity. Pip fruit and nectarine flavours abound with background notes of nougat and spice giving the wine depth and interest. This wine will develop wonderfully over the next three to four years. Vegan friendly - Enjoy with chicken, seafood and soft rich cheeses or just as a glass on its own.
