An excellent sparkling wine from the house of Keltis, a blend from the traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in the mouth it moves sinuously with excellent freshness and pleasantness. Fine bubble, as soon as it opens it strikes the intensity of the aromas especially of flowers and red fruit, in the mouth the notes are reminiscent of wild strawberries and the delicate acidity recalls rennet apple. The sip closes very dry, a particularly fatty pairing is recommended to appreciate its ability to cleanse the mouth and invite the next sip.
