Joan Rubio's La Petita Penedès 2022 is a natural white wine from the Penedès region of Spain, made from a blend of Xarello, Sumoll Blanc, and Malvasía de Sitges grapes. It's known for its vibrant acidity, minerality, and textured mouthfeel, stemming from organic and biodynamic vineyard practices and minimal intervention winemaking. The wine is fermented with native yeasts, aged in amphorae, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfites.
