This wine is bright, medium straw yellow. It expresses delicate aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and white flowers. Notes of melon, lemongrass and gooseberry grace the palate and are framed by the clean and balanced finish. Female winemaker Karen Birmingham creates this wine as a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Chenin Blanc. It is stainless steel fermented and aged sur lie and all sustainably farmed.
