Quinta da Ermegeira Carbô Lisboa is Ricardo Melo’s glou glou red made from 100% Castelão. Hand-harvested and spontaneous fermentation with 10 days of carbonic maceration to heighten the grape’s fruit notes. Intensely fruity and deeply colored, with pepper and bright acidity. A great chillable red for BBQ cookouts. Only 1800 bottles were made this vintage.
