This is from a selection from the famous Talinay Vineyard, planted around 2008 on the calcareous hills of the Coastal Range in the Limarí Valley, about 13 kilometers from the sea. It was fermented with 10% whole clusters and spent 12 months aging in barrels, resulting in this true red cherry juice with fine tannins that don't interrupt the fluidity on the palate, but that do build structure and lend it enough grip for charcuterie.
