The 2020 Vi Viu is a new wine; slightly different from previous years in that it now has a small splash of Grenache and Monastrell that give it an extra freshness, fruitiness and a lighter cherry-red colour. We dare say it is even better this year. We recommend chilling it for 20-30 minutes before serving and uncork 20-25 minutes before drinking.
