A blend of 90% Tempranillo & 10% Albillo Mayor grown organically on entirely pesticide-free vineyards planted 100 year ago, located in Coruña del Conde at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Grapes are hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, macerated for 40 days with the skins, native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, then 9 months in old 225L French oak barrels, bottled in September 2020 and laid down for two years in the cellar before release. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2. Annual production is 2,694 bottles.
